Meet Frank

Frank was born and raised in Kansas. He and his wife have three children and seven grandchildren. They live in Topeka where he is active in the community, and enjoys motorcycling. Frank attended Washburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1979, a Juris Doctorate in 1985. He also earned a Master of Divinity from Bethel University Theological Seminary in 2008. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Frank was admitted to practice in Kansas by the Kansas Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas in 1986. He was also admitted to practice in Missouri courts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, in 1993. Frank has been a member of various bar associations, including the Topeka Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and was also a member of the fraternity Phi Kappa Phi. ​
